Or…  read this very good article at visual-blast.com that lists 28 different online photo editors.  There’s a wide range of options among the online editors for resizing, cropping, adding creative effects, text, animation, shapes, borders, and more.  Some even integrate with social networking and photo storage sites.

I haven’t tested all 28 sites, so feel free to comment back here after giving some of them a test run!
